SIPxchange supplies three folders for your messages: Inbox, Saved, and Deleted. You can also add personal folders to help you organize messages you want to save by topic, caller, etc.
You add, edit, and delete custom personal folders for organizing your voicemail messages on this page.
To add a personal folder:
Under the Voicemail Preferences menu at the left of the page, click Manage Folders.
Click Create Folder.
Enter a name for your new folder.
Click Save.
Each folder you add will appear as an option when you're moving messages between folders.
After you add a personal folder, you open it to review and listen to messages.
If you have one personal folder:
Under the Voicemail Folders menu at the left of the page, click Personal.
If you have more than one personal folder:
Under the Voicemail Folders menu at the left of the page, click Personal.
Click the radio button next to the folder you want to open.
Click View.
The personal folder opens so that you can manage your voicemail messages.
You can change the name of any of your personal folders.
To edit a folder:
Under the Voicemail Preferences menu at the left of the page, click Manage Folders.
Click in the Edit column of the folder you want to
rename.
Enter a new folder name.
Click Save.
To delete a folder:
Under the Voicemail Preferences menu at the left of the page, click Manage Folders.
Click in the Delete column of the folder you want
to remove.
Tip: This procedure also deletes all of the messages in that folder.
