Tested platforms

MPEG Maaate should be portable easily as the only system-specific dependency is the endianness. It has been tested on the following platforms: 

• Sun OS 5.5, g++ v2.7.2
  [there's a problem linking the test c-programs cMaaatePlay.c and canalyseMPaudio.c on SUN with gcc - it works with g++ though.]
• PC Linux 2.2.13, g++ v2.91.66
