This screen shows you information about your disk space quota on __SERVICE__. It looks something like:-
Used | Limit | |
File Quota | 56 | 1500 |
Block Quota (KBytes) | 280 | 10000 |
Mailstore Quota (KBytes) | 28765 | 100000 |
The information returned shows:-
The Mailstore line is present for people using the new __SERVICE__ mailstore (eventually everyone on __SERVICE__). Otherwise it is the Block Quota that is most likely to be reached.
Warning messages are sent when an account reaches 90% and 95% of quota in either the filestore or mailstore
The example above shows that 280 KBytes of the default 10 Mbyte (10000 KBytes) Block Quota have been used, and that there are 56 files out of the 1,500 File Quota. In addition 28765 KBytes have been used in out of the 100000 KByte (100 MByte) default mailstore quota.
For the interested the File Quota is actually an inode quota and, given the use of a piece of optimisation "magic" on the file servers, there is unlikely to be an exact 1-to-1 match between the number reported here and the number of files as seen by a user.
